I ordered a free t-shirt from Vista & when it arrived it was all dirty, I emailed them & they replaced it no problems.

I hope this is sorted. I have had boxes delivered from GSL also and instead of leaving it outside they took the box to my local post office for me to collect from there. Now I'm not sure If on Vistaprint somewhere I stated i'd like this to happen but I'd maybe request that in future.

I am sure (or at least everything is crossed for you) that this will be rectified. Vistaprint have been highly recommended to me (and by me) and I'd hate for me to be recommended a company that didn't see the error in this.

Please keep us informed and I sincerely hope everything is delivered safe next time. What an absolute disappointment though to come home and be so excited and everything to have been ruined. Really hope everything comes out sunnyside up for you. x

Had a very quick reply not 48 hours at all

They are going to re order my orders (I placed 3 orders and they packed all 12 items together) so that's good I'm very pleased I can still get all my lovely wedding stationary

Just ordered some free STD magnets from VP, am so excited and can't wait to get them!

Everything I have ordered from them is lovely! I can't wait to start giving out my STD cards even though I have ages to go! Lol
