Acer Liquid Metal £140 - too good to be true?

As it's around £300 everywhere else Expansys seems TGTBT.

Anybody know if Acer are planning a major price drop on the 14th (date Expansys are selling them)?

Its been that price since early sept with eta changing every week.

Well it now says 10 days, which is around the same time that T Mobile shop expect them (most stores hadn't even heard of it & Orange say they know it's coming, but don't know when)

I'm back to my original question though, it's £200 less than other retailers say it will be, is Expansys on the level?

Yes course they're on the level.

I've ordered several phones over the years from Expansys and never had any problems. No idea on the quality of their CS though because I've not had to send anything back to be repaired or exchanged. Bear in mind though that they give an "expected" date for their stock to come in, so depending on when the shipment actually arrives you might have to wait a bit longer.

I have had an acer f900 for a couple of years, i got it when it was £150.00 cheaper than anywhere else, its still a great phone, I'd go for it.

spec wise its about right price with other budget android models, this phone is most definitely not worth £300 anymore
