    Well done what a wonderful feeling.

    We have been overpaying by S.O. since we came off a fixed deal onto SVR in February 2010 and it is amazing logging on every month and seeing how much it is coming down. I reckon we will be mortgage free in 3 years if we can maintain the overpayments and I can only imagine how we will feel when that day comes.
