moneysupermarket £30 cashback

I followed the link on here as I believed I would get £30 for switching my fuel through MoneySupermarket. When this didn't happen i contacted them and was told that although my switch had been tracked the offer had ended on 1st April 2008!!!
I have contacted this site but i've noticed the link still appears so be warned...you're much better off going through another site!

I've had a similar problem following my switch in July - I queried why I hadn't received the payment yet -- Moneysupermarket initially told me that I had not used the MSE link but gone direct from Moneysupermarket;following an exchange of emails they have now said that I will receive the switching bonus later this month. I await with interest....:)

Switched to EDF mid August and Moneysupermarket paid the £30 into my account yesterday, used the MSE link and did not need to chase. Very pleased with that.
  • I'm concerned. I used the MSE link to moneysupermarket to switch my Gas and Electricity to EDF, but in the emails following from moneysupermarket there is no mention of any cashback. Should there be? Is this normal?

It is normal, cashback just gets paid, allow 3 months from full switch.

Just to say - I received a cheque from Moneysupermarket for £30 in the post yesterday :j
Well done Moneysupermarket!! (even tho they couldn't find evidence that I had linked thru from MSE)
  • Aragona - I'm concerned to hear that you were told our £30 cashback offer had expired in April 2008 as I can 100% confirm that the offer still stands to all customers switching through MoneySupermarket after coming through on the MoneySavingExpert link.

If you want to email me your details, I will get one of the team to look in to this ASAP.

Alternatively, please call us on 0845 345 1296.
