Playstation network account hacked

Please be gentle this is my first thread
On Saturday I noticed 3 £5 debits have been taken from Sony through my bank account. It wasn't something I have purchased so I rang playstation who advised me a to remove card details as they store automatically change my password etc and they would look into it.
On Monday 6 more transactions went through my bank totalling £70. I have blocked my credit card with the bank and they are trying to get the money back from Sony for me.
My bank advised me they have been inundated with calls like this yet playstation have denied it. I am led to believe the transactions have been made towards Fifa 12 yet we cannot access this game online due to being a virgin media superhub owner (Glitch between Virgin and EA games)
The outcome from Sony is the items have been downloaded on my console so they will not refund any money they said its probably been hacked which is why there is no trace on my console or emails sent to me. They implied its my fault that they have my password and sign in name??
The hacker then goes on another playstation logs in as me and retreives the downloads.
Just wanted to warn others...

I'd seriously look at your own security if this is the case - it would mean other details of yours would be accessible too, such as online banking, etc.
Do you own Fifa 12? Is there any possibility someone could have accidentally downloaded the items? If not, head over to the Techie board and they will help you check your computer is virus free and secured properly.
Although thinking about it, I haven't seen much downloadable content for Fifa 12...0 -
Can't you look in you console account management to see what has been downloaded to your console, or is a feature that is unlocked in Fifa (never played the game)Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0

Playstation have looked through all accounts linked to the ps3 and can't see it either. I have looked through and can't see anything. They are just saying its from my console but when I questioned what it actually was they can't tell me as they can't see it!!
I have asked for evidence its from my console but they are reluctant to let me have it...0 -
Ha finally had my callback from Sony today to be told they have been confused over which transactions have been downloaded to my console. They have said they checked other transactions and not the ones in dispute!! No surprise there...
They are going to look into it further.
Santander have refunded the money back and the playstation has been sold.0
