Anyone else having problems with charging their electricity payment keys?

Apparently countrywide problem, emergency guy just been but could only put £5 on and will have to ring again tomorrow, and hes not sure when it will be up and running again :mad:

Im am with EDF - charged key with £15 today but meter wont take it .
rang up at 4pm was told someone would ring me straight back , im on emergency electric only£3 left and ive sat on the phone for last few hours ringing every number on their site!! everyone says lines have been closed so they can bring us some fabulous new stuff - what a load of crap they are the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Ill have no electricity tomorrow if someone dosent ring me - does anyone know a number I can try other than the ones on their site?
this is absolutely ridiculous to be left like this and nable to get hold of anyone.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: what do we do??

Paypoint was down all yesterday & it seems it was only for EDF customers, not EDF's fault but paypoints apprently.

its now 2 days later - still waitibg for new key in post - post been no key. They said I could go pick new key up - yes about 10 miles away! so they posted it yesterday and its not here, down to £1 emergency now and cant get through on phone.
