Playstation network account hacked

Please be gentle this is my first thread
On Saturday I noticed 3 £5 debits have been taken from Sony through my bank account. It wasn't something I have purchased so I rang playstation who advised me a to remove card details as they store automatically change my password etc and they would look into it.
On Monday 6 more transactions went through my bank totalling £70. I have blocked my credit card with the bank and they are trying to get the money back from Sony for me.
My bank advised me they have been inundated with calls like this yet playstation have denied it. I am led to believe the transactions have been made towards Fifa 12 yet we cannot access this game online due to being a virgin media superhub owner (Glitch between Virgin and EA games)
The outcome from Sony is the items have been downloaded on my console so they will not refund any money they said its probably been hacked which is why there is no trace on my console or emails sent to me. They implied its my fault that they have my password and sign in name??
The hacker then goes on another playstation logs in as me and retreives the downloads.
Just wanted to warn others...

I would complain again to your bank - you have been the victim of fraud - it is up to the bank to prove you have been irresponsible with your data not the other way round.
Unless they can prove they are your transactions they will have to refund you.0 -
Yeah thats what I've done and funnily enough the guy at Santandar has had the same thing happen himself! I'm just waiting for the disclaimer forms to come to sign and then they should return the funds...0
