webcam and skype not working

I have a Bush DC-8115 webcam.
It switches on when skype calls and then tells me another programe is using it and won't work with skype. I can't find another programme using it so what else can I try? I've gone through the help on skype and that's not worked. I've tried uninstalling it and re-installing it and thought that had worked, but just tried it again and it's not working!
Should I just get a different webcam?
