All the suggestions above would work fine for dry lasagne, but also have a think about what the BB date means. It's Best Before, not "eat-by-this-date-or-it-will-be-poisonous". Best Before means just that - after that date the product will not be at the peak of condition but will be perfectly edible.

Lol, i seem to not see some peeps for ages and then all of a sudden there they are for a few days, then i don`t see them for ages again
I used to be awful with BBdates and i would religiously throw everything out as soon as the date was reached:o I dread to think of how much money was wasted in my younger days, these days most things i just ignore the dates on.
I have a cupboard full of pulses stored mostly in glass jars so i`ve no idea of the dates on thosethey`l get used eventually.
