I'm not stalking you honestly SD :o But you've reassured me. 2006:eek::eek::rotfl:And to think I hesitated before putting back into the cupboard my egg lasagne sheets Feb2010 :D I was almost sure they'd be fine ;)

< has some sainsbug's basics ones that are at least 3 months if not 6 past BB, still cook up fine :D
<<< keeps dried goods in clear plastic lock and lock containers so has no idea as to the BB :rotfl:

The sheets are dried, they'll be fine! :D

All the suggestions above would work fine for dry lasagne, but also have a think about what the BB date means. It's Best Before, not "eat-by-this-date-or-it-will-be-poisonous". Best Before means just that - after that date the product will not be at the peak of condition but will be perfectly edible.

If the sheets are fresh then just freeze them

Lol, i seem to not see some peeps for ages and then all of a sudden there they are for a few days, then i don`t see them for ages again :D

I used to be awful with BBdates and i would religiously throw everything out as soon as the date was reached:o I dread to think of how much money was wasted in my younger days, these days most things i just ignore the dates on.

I have a cupboard full of pulses stored mostly in glass jars so i`ve no idea of the dates on those :D they`l get used eventually.
