scottish power 50% price hike

just got latest bill through from scottish power and have just realised that the standing charge has been raised by almost 50%. i'm sure i never heard about such a high rise in the offing:mad:

    Well they wouldn't tell you would they. They're an energy company or more particularly Scottish Power.
