epson sx130 printer. urgent help please

Hi all

Purchased a black epson sx 130 printer last week. All connected up to laptop. but, yes always a but.

The paper keeps feeding through the printer with no print on at all. Trying to print from my documents on wordpad. Epson information also shows up stating, paper jam. NO Paper jam. the information that came with the packaging is just one liner. totally hopeless.

Any help would be great as I also urgently need to print this information please I know my dd got homework tonight that also requires printing.

If the printer is brand new then this is probably a manufacturers fault with the feed rollers. Might be worth contacting Epson directly with this. You'll still be within warranty.

shall i take this back to argos as i only purchased it on the 27th october 2011. Just want to through it out the window as we speak.

just an update

took the new printer back to argos yesterday who was really helpful. I choose a Cannon printer for only £5.00 more it is excellent.
