Orange Juice for me please - done something to my back (no idea what/when!) and on the heavy duty painkillers. Wondering if a hot bath would help, but then fearful of getting stuck getting in or out :eek:

Hi JCS1, sorry I missed you!! Awww bless you, nothing worse than when your back is sore!! If you have some frozen peas put that on your back, its meant to relieve the pain. Hope you feel better tomorrow xxx
