    i'm baack! how was your chicken? i cooked a piece of beef for the first time! it was nice for a change from chicken but it was a bit chewy...not sure if it was my fault or if i needed to spend a bit more on the beef! :o x

    Hi Conf, lovely to see you, hope you're OK? x :A

    Beef needs cooking at a high temperature uncovered for about 15 minutes to sear it and then covered at a lower temperature - you don't need to spend a fortune on it at all. Keep basting it as well.
