Am I glad I'm renting my house......and don't own it!

LL facing bills for several grand to deal with rising damp issues [it's an old farmhouse]....plus another new heater......plus, keeping me happy throughout the inconvenience, as he really doesn't want me 'upping stix''.......apart from potential mess, I'm not inconvenienced by it all....[it ain't my asset, for starters]...has even [had to] hold off with a rent rise .....



And topping that off, S&H has now ceased school cookery....!
