Equifax credit report ordering problem

Hi
I have been trying to order a Statutory report for £2 online for 2 days now and all I get is the error code
Eval Code:- Status Code: FL, Reason Code: NMSS
It stated that I need to call up so I have done that. Not Only was I on the phone for 30 minutes put I was tried to be sold the full monlthy report feed for £14.99. So I resisted the sales pitch which was a waste of time.:p Finally when the guy tried to order the £2 report the transaction would not go through.
Now I tried more than 1 card and know they all work. What is going on? all I want is the £2 report and then tried to get sold a monthly feed saying that equifax credit score is used by all lenders. Furthermore that the higher the score the easier it is to get credit. Whereas I know the score is not true But a marketing ploy to sell you a credit score number.
Now I have read alot of posts on here and know that buying the credit score is a waste of money.

what are you asking...Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Why not get a month trial for free and cashback and then cancel?0
