Moorcroftmike i just voted for moorcroft because...i came home a few days ago to find a card from them pushed through my door. now unlike so many on here i've been lucky to catch my debts before missing payments and having to have dca's involved. the name on the card was not me and my name is the only one on the door of my flat so i have no idea why it was put into mine!
after using lots of four letters words  i chucked the card back into the hallway and swore that if any of them turned up here demanding anything they'd impaled in the front garden as warning to any future collectors!
(i'm so not joking by the way!)0 -
MoorcroftDid you see Crapquest featured on #Watchdog tonight? A bit of bad publicity might cool them down a little.I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.
Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.0 -

Moorcroftive had a letter from them cause i owed bt 21 quid, bt extended the payment as we're skint, and i paid it just before the deadline, then this morecroft starting sending letters say i owed 27 quid cause they put a admin fee on top, i said to them that i have paid bt and im not paying you, then they said we'll pay a £1 off the admin fee, i said in your dreams, im not paying you for anything when i dont owe you and put the phone downLive each day as if its your last0

Blair Oliver ScottI have to say these people are the scum of the earth.
I have dealt with a couple of the agencies including capquest and have to say they were actually very helpful and have never been anything but polite to me!
Debitas (cap one in house) are also a real pain, I had about £10 left on an account, which i could not pay for four days, and even after telling them this they persisted to call 4 times a day chasing the payment!0
