MoorcroftMoorcroft, without a doubt, this is the second time I have had to deal with them, this time for an outstanding Orange bill. So I phoned them up and agreed with the guy on the other end that I would make a payment at the end of December and the end of the next few months to clear. He was happy with that and told me to pay Orange directly.
So I made the fist payment to Orange via internet banking and a week later got a snotty letter telling me that I hadnt kept my end of the bargain! so this week I managed to get hold of some money and I have paid the remainder of the debt to Orange directly.
So, next time a snotty letter comes I shall be straight on the phone and stick my tongue out them!0 -

Moorcrofti or people i knwo have had the misfortune of deaing with every one of the above.they are all bad but moorcroft are top of the list.either them or Dukes the bailiffs made my life a misery over a £30 car park fine.Theres another agency who really make me laugh-sechari clarke&mitchell who chase lloyds tsb customers.-everye so often they remember to send a very formal looking letter to advise that they will be visiting on a certain day,we even waited in once with a pot of tea ready and nooone turned up.Love can tame the wildest0
