Natwest behavioural scores

I've been reading the posts about internal behavioural scores on the subprime credit thread. I bank with Natwest and have personal and business accounts. Natwest has an internal risk score of between 1 and 10 (1 being the best) depending on how accounts are run etc which is used alongside credit scoring for assessing applications. I am trying to improve my credit profile with a view to getting a mortgage in a few years so I when I went in for an account review I asked about my internal risk rating. They said that they couldn't see it as I have a business account with them and only business banking can see it. They showed me and it said "Risk Rating 0". Does anybody know how it works for business customers when applying for personal credit facilities? I only really use the business account for paying bills that need to be on direct debit so I doubt my internal score will be very good if it's based on this
