Orchid V4 dialler and text messages

I have just bought SMS enabled phones.
I can send a text OK but I cannot receive them when the dialler is plugged in. Unplug the dialler and I can receive the text OK.
Has anyone else encountered this problem and is it solvable?

I'm having the same problem. I think it's because the phone picks up too soon after the ringing signal comes in.
Not sure if there's any solution though

I gave up chasing it in the end. Just stick to mobiles for texts.0
