i am not very bright but can some one help me out please.
i have just installed cyberlink powerdvd 5 full version and when playing a dvd a can hear the sound but i get no picture just a green screen what have done wrong or missed

Have you tried another program to view the dvd on ? What about trying the dvd on Windows player0

updated your codecs just in case - also try VLC player<mythbuster>Failure is always an option</mythbuster>0

It sounds like you need your Codecs installed or updated. As above, I prefer VLC:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

Another free DVD player you could try is AVS DVD Player. G0
