What an excellent outfit!
Made numerous 'phone calls to ask advice about mortgages in general, getting back when I had learnt a bit more about what I wanted.
Their first suggestion was "Get onto your present mortgage provider to see what they will offer you". When I had that information they took my details and contacted me within 2 hours (as the offer I had been made was time critical; interest rates to change the next day).
They explained where they had looked and the comparisons they had made and told me to go with the offer from my present provider as that was better than they could do. To be fair they could have offered the same deal if I had not already been a customer of my mortgage provider.
Can you say fairer than that?
I would recommend this firm of Brokers whole heartedly, in fact, if YOU are thinking of using them let me know as I stand to get a £25 M&S voucher if I give them your details ;-)

Took the usual "I'm talking to a broker at the momment, what can you do for me?" approach and they pulled a brilliant fixed rate offset deal out of the air for me (I am a good customer) that matched all but the very best trackers and fixed products about and with a bit of squeezing even let me off the £395 fee!
Very helpful and pleasant staff gave me the feeling that they actually enjoyed their jobs; perhaps that's the key, keep your staff happy and you will get happy customers.
Well I'm sorry but I hope the interest rates go up now so that my stoozing really starts to take off!
