Fraudulent Transactions

Have had 2 Fraudulent Transactions on a CC which showed on my statement , about 14 days apart each for around £50 , when i rang the CC company the adviser said i should email the company concerned and ask for the amounts to be refunded !
To give them 14 days to respond to the email and then ring back if no reply to request .
when asked about cancelling the CC i was told , no , if you cancel they cannot refund to your card !! like i`m gonna trust them not to make another transaction against my card !!!
What should i do guys , whats the legal info on this ?
The company concerned is in the USA and is called Juvenau , i have never had any contact with them or neither ever ordered anything from the USA !
Really worried about this and what seems like a lack of concern from the card issuer , Aqua CC Services
Please Help
Regards

You should call your credit card company again and ensure you speak to someone who knows what they're talking about.

You need to telephone Aqua and have you card blocked and a new one issued. You also need to tell them the card has possibly been used fraudulently and that you request a refund. Ask to talk to the line manager/supervisor. If this does not resolve your issues make a complaint in writing and proceed to the Financial Ombudsman Service if necessary. However, explaining the situation to a well-trained employee should resolve your issue.
Don't thank me, thank my post :T
