On Friday visit the Cravendale Milk Facebook page and enter your details from a computer (will not accept entries from anything else) to receive your printable voucher.
It looks like this will not be the only Friday the offer is on.
https://www.facebook.com/Cravendale?sk=app_156279107776692
Official MoneySavingExpert.com insert:
This offer will be ongoing every Friday until Fri 16 Dec 2011, but where you get it alternates between Twitter and Facebook (ie, Fri 11 Nov it's on Facebook, Fri 18 Twitter etc).
On Cravendale Twitter, you need to re-tweet a certain message, and 100 people will be RANDOMLY selected to get the coupon. On Facebook it's simply the first 100 people to claim the coupon who get it.
Thanks crazyterrier for the tip.

They did it last Friday as well but all the vouchers went within less than an hour, so you have to be really fast. =/
