On Friday visit the Cravendale Milk Facebook page and enter your details from a computer (will not accept entries from anything else) to receive your printable voucher.
It looks like this will not be the only Friday the offer is on.

On Cravendale Twitter, you need to re-tweet a certain message, and 100 people will be RANDOMLY selected to get the coupon. On Facebook it's simply the first 100 people to claim the coupon who get it.

They did it last Friday as well but all the vouchers went within less than an hour, so you have to be really fast. =/
