Income based JSA and term-time part-time working partner?

Hello,
I thought id ask a question of the group as I dont expect an answer from the DWP.
Does anyone know how income is calculated when determining a JSA payout?
My wife works part time (19 hrs per week) but only term times.
Ive just been informed our income is over the threshold so my JSA has stopped and was wondering if they base income on a year, 6 month period, 3 month period or just on the most recent B7 forms. if its less than a year how do they calculate for holidays.
thanks

You do not state whether you are responsible for a child/young person nor the age of yourself and partner so I cannot determine whether you are receiving tax credits. For JSA-IB there is an earnings disregard generally for a couple it is £10.
To calculate your earnings get your total weekly assessable earnings from employment minus your disregard and that equates to your weekly applicable amount.
You may have been claiming automatic full CTB and HB/LHA due to claiming JSA-IB. As this has stopped you will have to inform then and your CTB and HB/LHA can be recalculated.
As the rules vary depending on circumstances you should seek advice from your local CAB or welfare rights team.Don't thank me, thank my post :T
