Harry Potter Box Set from Tesco Problems

Is anyone else having problems obtaining a refund on the postage for this item. It clearly stated on my deal of the day email free delivery but Tesco wont honour it they say I ordered it through the entertainment site so am liable for postage. I told them I ordered it direct through the email link. I know it is only £1.64 but it is the principal they said free delivery and now they wont give me it.

Anyone else had the same?

    I called up and was given the £1.64 refund. I would try calling again and you might get someone else who may refund it for you.

    Mine arrived today and I've only paid £9.97 no postage charge they were ordered on 6.1.2007
    Why pay full price when you may get it YS ;)
