Date of birth wrong on credit report ...

Hey all,
I thought I had posted about this before but I can't seem to find where I did.
The thing is, my date of birth on my main account is wrong on my Noddle credit report. It's down as my XOH's date of birth.
Who do I write to about this? Any template letters? Might this have contributed to a recent credit application fail?

To be honest I wouldn't account DOB as a failure. A lot of people out their have wrong DOBs on their credit report. The most they tend to do is ask for ID if they think your not who you say who you are.0
