False insurance claim

Can anyone giv us any advice. Its all part of a neighbourhood dispute and a girl as concocted a false whiplash claim up, Admiral are about to pay out. there was no accident! A engineers report on two cars and a investigator proved there was no accident, mobile footage of the claimant days later carrying shopping bags all got in our defence. however we were told today if it gos to court and we loose the court costs will outway her claim so they paying up. Never had a accident in all the years we have been driving. Claimant gone with no win no fee company. Admiral want a quick way out from the look of things and dont give a dam about their customers. Any advice will be helpful.

Who told you the case would be lost in court, tell them you insist the evidence is laid up in court and judged

If the evidence clearly points to no accident ocurring, why are Admiral not going to fight the claim?

  • No no collision. Sent emails all today and phone calls, but looks like Admirals made the decision. My husband admitted driving without due care and attention in another court case all part of this, on the advice of our solicitor we was paying, against our better judgemnet, as he said it would keep costs down i.e.solicitors and courts and would have no effect on her claim in a civil case. The court recognised there was no accident and no injurys but her no win no fee company are pushing through civil cus my husband pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention. the distance between the cars on mobile cctv and her lies can all be proved.

There is clearly more to this story than we are being told.

Yeah, what is the full story here. Why was your husband convicted of driving without due care and attention, and what does it have to do with this girl claiming whiplash??

You dont plead guilty to something you have not done, even if you are the most stupid person on earth, if you are innocent you FIGHT.
To be honest if he has accepted guilt in a criminal court he has accepted guilt for just about anything else connected.

Is "no no collision" a kind of double negative meaning - "yes collision"?

    What did your husband hit?
