Hi I'm thinking of selling my laptop should I re-boot it or just delete browsing history etc.

delete all your data and extra programs
empty recycle bin
wipe free space with ccleaner (tick all boxes), and check all drives are ticked under wipe free space settings
factory restore
wipe free space again!!
