Hi,
have used ebuyer for 3 years, and teh first time you order they are fussy about the address but after that they are fine,
I bought a £5 keyboard and teh driver disk was broken, I call and only waited 40 seconds for customer services (Lighting speed for most online shops), replace Keyboard no probs.
I think with citylink like most couriers they not setup for workers, i think some delivery company should specilise in out of hours delivery (8pm to 6am), while your sleeping your waiting......You may have to get up i dint think it would be that much hassel
..alotof peopel haveto work nights why not delivery folk.0 -
I too have used Ebuyer quite a bit, about 2k over the last 18 months, Yes I have some issue with the items, but their CS is far better then most online retailers - they do offer saturday delivery, why not specify that when you ordered? I think you may be expecting too much for your money!!0

Some used to, ParcelForce trialed an out of hours delivery service a few years ago - delivery was from 4pm till 10pm, but too few people wanted to pay the premium that was charged, same as very few people want to pay a Saturday premium.0 -
Can you not set up a new account to your work address? Or link your credit card for online purchases to your work address and then use that? I know its of no use now, but could be useful in the future0

I hope his holiday year doesn't start in December or he's in for a long year.
Why not just order something small to get the first order done and usually they pop it through the box then next time you can have it delivered elsewhere.Nice to save.0 -
I've used Ebuyer a few times. Never had any problems.0

Either way, it'd have to be signed. My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
I'm still waiting for a refund for DOA goods from Ebuyer. Can anyone tell me how long they usually have to wait? It said 3-5 days, but it's been way longer than that now and I want the money back so I can go buy a working(hopefully!) replacement. They haven't answered the enotes I sent and I can't call them on their 0871 number from work0
