At risk and pregnant/ HR mtg - what to ask?

Thanks, yes agree she will be made redundant, effectively has already. The way most of us at my company view this "at risk" policy is that you're made redundant. If they can place you in another role but it's not what you want, you're still redundant.I know I'm in my own little world, but it's ok - they know me here!

Thought I would update in case anyone is interested. I did go to take notes at the meeting.
Interestingly, the person concerned was due to job share with someone else on her return to work. Both doing comparable roles in the same dept and both pregnant, due to return part time (hence the job share).
The other person (2 days before the consultation period announced) has now had their job title changed and has not been put at risk. So my friend has a lot of questions about this and whether her maternity package stands (it does, dependent on when her maternity leave start date is versus her official redundancy individual notice period).
Plus had confirmation that though the company will offer her every help in looking for a new job internally, it is not mandatory that she apply for any jobs available in her at risk period.I know I'm in my own little world, but it's ok - they know me here!
