non payer bidding on my item

For some idle reason I was just checking out a couple of bidders I have on two of my new lines as I am trying to reduce the amount of non payers I am getting and wanted to see if my new blocks worked.
One of them was allowed to bid as they have 6 positive feedback, all of which state no payment received (from 5 unique sellers). That was enough for them to get past my block on those with less than 5 feedback and no paypal account.
It also suggests that at least 4 of them have not gone through the full NPB, as I automatically block buyers with 2 or more strikes.
So, they can be bothered to leave false positives but not to do an nPB- thanks a lot. I never ever check the feedback usually so would not have seen that problem buyer. It was by the sheerest chance i happened to check it this time as I have just re set all my seller preferences.

That's really annoying when sellers leave false positives for non payers, do they not realise that it is more important to file a npb. I recently had a non payer who asked me to wait a week as they didn't expectbidd to go so high, they never paid or replied after the week but in the meantime had a field day on eBay bidding on all sorts. I filed npb and got my fees back and have been watching their fb grow with annoyed seller comments! What is the point!0

It drives me crackers. I have a friend of a friend who never does an NPB as she says she is to afraid that someone might neg her- I really don't understand that. This is the fb of my npb, I have relisted and blocked after closing my case, wonder how many of these other sellers have bothered to do the same!0
