Driving a minibus in France & Holland

Can anyone help us please. We are thinking of taking a minibus over to France to visit Disneyland and then accross to Holland. There will be 14 of us so a fairly large minibus and we are all family. i.e. Ourselves, plus children, granchildren, sister, brother in law and neices.
I have been told there are strict minibus laws in France which mean the vehicle must have a tachograph fitted and the driver must have some sort of special licence.
Does anyone know of the full requirements.

I'm not sure if your English licence will cover you,I have a French licence,passed test in France,and it only covers me to carry up to 8 passengers regardless of vehicle.I think the reason for the tachograph is a larger minibus would be classed as commercial,they have strict driving hours laws in France.Sorry I can't help you more.Debt at highest £102k :eek:
