Why am I now unhappy with the insurance?

This is a question on page 6 of the PPI consumer questionnaire form.
I am considering trying to reclaim the PPI on credit cards I have or have had.
I may be reading too much into this but I'm unsure as to how to answer this. I'm sure it's not a trick question but I'm not very good with words.
I'm self employed and don't think that I'd benefit from the insurance in any significant way. Would simply writing that down be enough?
TIA

Hi
I would just tell them, as being self-employed, you now realise the policy was worthless to you, because if you was to make a claim it would not succeed, so you don't feel you would have benefitted from the policy, if explained you would have known then to have refused taking out the policy.
Hope this helps, and maybe others will have something to add too, good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
