  • Got it even cheaper.......well only 3p but it's still a saving. I had problems going through the checkout of Savastore so called them and they were going to charge for delivery. After pointing out that the website was offering free delivery, I was given £5 off. Hoorah, although the call probably cost me £.20 at least....Ho Hum, still a great find, a HUGE thank you.

Also managed to secure an accessory pack at my local PC World....another HUGE thank you.

Very tempted, would I be able to get a reduction of my house and contents insurance as well if I installed one of these you reckon?
  • Am I right in thinking that if you don't keep up the monitoring subscription then all you have is a wireless alarm?

And how does it sound, do you hard wire it to an outside siren?
I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!

Home collect only - Only available at Bury or Warrington and neither are that close to my search of "Manchester", considering I'm at least 1 hour from either.

Are they easy to install as im useless at DIY lol

Also if someone broke in ,could they just smash it with a hammer or there albow and the alarm would stop? or is it quite strong?

Bit worried incase i buy it and im away from my home then it keeps calling me saying ive been broken in to.... then i rush home to find its a false alarm.
  • There's no now free delivery icon on the screen, was there this morning and now gone. Called their helpline and played a bit dumb and he said there's no free delivery. Explained that I had the icon on my screen and he said basically tough - write a letter to the webmaster (hmm yes that's what I'll be doing) but it's not on their list of free delivery and they can't over-ride the delivery charge.

He also said that sometimes goods are advertised as free delivery but the true price is revealed at checkout so advised me that I shouldn't rely on a free delivery icon as being true. So much for misleading price indications then.

Still good price but now £58.99 delivered.
