Anyone had any success with Santander Overdraft Matching?

Just wondered...as they have only given me half of what I have currently....whats the process to increase?

Did you apply via branch telephone or online?

In branch if you request a large overdraft the application refers and asks you to produce further documentation.

You'll need to visit a branch with proof of your existing overdraft, details showing you have recently switched, and the branch can fax the details to the underwritiers (but remember that OD matching is still "subject to status")

When I got my paperwork through from the online application it asked me to send my bank statement from my current bank showing my overdraft, with my OLA written on the back (or account number and sort code) to:

did they match it sam after u'd sent it? what was the timescale?

I didn't bother sending it as I had only opened it for quidco cashback (and possibly the £100), and my overdraft with first direct is only £250 so I couldn't be bothered.
