Hi all,
Could someone help with the following?
last month the company that i worked for went into the hands of administrators, staff were given no notice and were told that the company would still be trading whilst the administrators took over, i lost my job and wasnt paid for the last month that i worked for them. i received my payslip as usual with the ammount that i should have been paid but didnt receive. i was sent a form to fill in to claim my wages back from the government which i did 3 weeks ago. i rang the administrators today to find out any news and as to when i would receive my p45 and was told that some p45's had been lost? how do i go about getting my p45 as i have now started a new job and need it? also i was told that my form to the government has been sent off, how can i find out how far my claim for wages has got to? i have had no income now for 2 months and have had to rely on my parents to help me..... i am feeling very frustrated and upset about how i have been treated and wondered if somebody would be able to shed any light on my situation.
