Ebay faulty return: what next?

I bought a wii bundle from ebay, which was faulty. The seller denied responsibility, I opened a case and was told by ebay to return Wii to given address and give them tracking No. As soon as parcel shown as recieved the seller would refund.
I sent tracked by parcel force and can see parcel was received on 26th. HOWEVER...the signature is not the name of the person sent to and money has not been refunded.
Does anyone know what happens next?

Upload the tracking info to ebay then call them and ask for the refund. The signature doesn't have to be the same, the fact it was delivered is enough.0
