RSA echoice at it again.....

Hi everyone,
On saturday i got my car insured with RSA Echoice paid £690 in full but there was a problem with the server and it shut me down! today the money's gone and still no insurance details sent.....
Called them up, low and behold i'm not insured and they have no record of my details been sent but they have my money!!!! :mad: they say they will "Give me my money back" but i'm not sure they will.
Has this happened to anyone else? PLEASE HELP ME :eek:

I feel your pain, i have the same problems with them, when i finally got insured they were good for a while, till i bought a new car again. Now my car does not show insured on the database, even thou its paid for, and it shows up as insured on my profile when i log in. And they are almost impossible to get hold of.:mad:0
