    This theory is straight off a particular crackpot internet site.

    It goes along the lines of "Money is not 'real' and I own nothing real. Hence my debts are not real, so I do not have to pay them."

    Apparently if you send this theory to your creditors they will see the light & write-off your debts.

    Its amusing reading on the original crackpot site if you get a chance,
