Hi,
I have been recieving threatening letters and phonecalls off Capquest to pay a bill my person allegedly owes Orange,as it is my understanding that they are acting as a fourth party in this percieved contract between my person ( a legal fiction) and my flesh and blood entity is there any rights they have to lawfully enter my property to recover said "debt".
It is also my understanding that The United Kingdom Corporation is operating under chapter 11 bankruptcy and therefore still allowed to trade. Does this imply that as such my person is operating under bankruptcy
also ?

think you need to post on your own thread, and explain better without legislation that you have just plucked out of the internet.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0 -

Agreed, more specifically it sounds like freemen on the land type advice which is a creative interpretation of the various laws but not one which is shared by the legal system.0
