Okay seeing if this works on here as well, I have the new Dragon software installed, and I have my Kindle, both of which are going to take a bit of finessing over the weekend. The Dragon software in particular I am finding rather unusual to use, it doesn't half feel odd speaking what I want to put down instead of actually writing it or typing it shall I say.
I can luckily still do lists, I believe, so I can still bore you all with that. With the Kindle I already have a couple of books on there and so I can gradually start removing the hard copy, shall we say, from the bookshelves. This means increased space on the bookshelf and that will make me feel happier in myself. Now all I have to do is make sure I don't get too carried away buying Kindle books as it is far too easy!
I hope everyone else is having a good bank holiday weekend, always assuming that you have the bank holiday, as I understand Scotland doesn't have this (mind you, you do get an extra day at New Year!)Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

you can always appeal for support group I guess but nearly everyone ends up in wrag group due to the new descriptors....must've been disappointing getting that letter(I'm presuming they put you in WRAG group and didn't say that you are actually fit to work and took you off benefit)0

Yes but according the the medical profession I can't work and according to the DWP point system I should have a minimum 15 points (Goddess I am incontinent and that is 15 points straight off!)Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

I'd put in an appeal ..there is loads of advice on the benefits boards. The new system is completely different..it is near impossible to be in support group.
You need to score at least 15 points to even go in the WRAG now and completely different to the incapacity benefit scoring...it's all to save money as once on WRAG once 365 days is up if you have a partner working for more than so many hours you get nothing..the system stinks.
Mine runs out on 12th september and I need to try and get in support group under one of the exceptions for cancer or else no money even though they know I'm still ill...there is an exception for chemo/radiotherapy but not much else...they make me sick this government punishing sick people it's not like we want to live on benefits0 -

Dragon, - just came across your diary, the ESA don't know what the left or the right is doing, have they put you in the Work group, they basically decide what they want to do.
I'm glad you have dr dragon on the case for you.
On the benefits board there is all the info you need to got for claim.
The first process - the form is where they got the points from.
I know you've had a tough time in more ways than one, and I know how you feel about dealing with the ESA etc, - I've hit rock bottom more than a little coz of the ESA / DLA side.
Have you got a benfits advisor who works for the council, they may be able to help with forms etc. When mum asked for DLA assesment we had the lady fill it in for us, as where you or I may take 50 words to describe something, they could do it in 10 words.
Please, remember your a strong lady and have a great hubby, fab dog and good friends, xxxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0
