    okay so far I am managing to have NSDs :j, keeping my weight level (if still above 300 pounds :o), I'm writing a list of what needs/wants to get done this week (mainly by Dr Dragon :p) and I am all :j:j:j:j:j for starting afresh in January!

    January is going to be a good month, i can feel it in my waters. With any luck Mr LT and i will be moving into our new home, and i will be able to finally get my head into the zone it needs to be in so i can join you below 300 (i know you will be there and so much lower as well)

    no - for some reason almost everyone (cept me and Mr LT) have a week off work. Well it seems like that anyway.
