Where do i start with store cards ppi claim?

I have taken about 6 store cards out in the past 6 years and have been paying ppi on all 6! I want to reclaim this back, where do i start? I have tried ringing dorothy perkins several times and have been redirected so many times i have lost patience now, can i just write to all 6?

Hi there & welcome

Are they all with the same business?

And is the bank for these GE?

What you do in regards of store cards, it differs slightly on who to pursue, where normally you would complain to the ones who sold the ppi, in this case it would be whoever sends the statements.

Do below, there is a reclaim questionnaire, if all with the same business then you can keep to the same quesitionnaire if mis sold for the same reasons, just rememeber to enclose all account numbers for each account, if you prefer to deal with them separately that is up to you.

However, unless someone can clarify on this, Santander are dealing with GE cases, so if this applies to you as stated above, then you write to them with the questionnaire and make them clear on your complaint that its GE Money/Dorothy Perkins Store Card.

Step 3 questionnaire, complete and send as stated above, the address for Santander is below, but otherwise wait for other opinions on this first, good luck and remember to save copies.
