....for a 12 year old who thinks she's 18 (sometimes!)
I know the shops will be full of them at the moment but I'm hoping to save my feet a little.
The thought of trekking round does not fill me with joy.
Anyone spotted something soft, warm and cosy that will fit a size 8 or kids 12-13 ish and doesn't look too childish or too grown up? (Preferably not just a plain self colour.)
I've managed to overpower the temptation to buy her a size 24 so she can use it as a bed throw too.
It was hard mind. :rotfl:

Not much good if your DD isn't a girly girl or into dance thoughAccept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

Would agree with Primark, I have a large pastel coloured polka dot one from there.
My all time favourite are the ones from M&S, they're so long and cosy, and actually not that expensive, I love mines, washed it loads and it's still soft and fleecy, but if I recall they only have plain colours. The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
I got one last year from Primark and it has held up really well to washing etc. Very cosy and they do numerous colours and styles!0

Agree on Primark, they are about £12 I think I saw the other day. I've had one from there from 2 years ago, they wash really well, and it is a soft and cosy as the day I bought it, I wear it all the time in the evenings as my house is quite cold.Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0
