Best Balance Transfer Card for Good Credit Rating

I am looking to get a balance transfer card, and I have a good rating, obviously I want to make sure I get the best deal, but I am uncertain if I should go for the Barclaycard or another option. On the Barclaycard website it says Excellent/Avg/bad...and shows the options you can apply for, but what if you are Good?

If anyone has any ideas on the best options for me to consider it would really be appreciated as I need to do my transfers before I move house in a couple of months,

Thanks in advance

Hi there my rating was good and I applied for the barclaycard one that said excellent ( I didn't see this until after!!) and I was accepted and with a reasonably high limit! So depending on your circumstances a good seems like it's fine for this. It goes down to 1.6% from 2.1% or there is one for 1.9% so that's a pretty good rate.

When you say you have a good rating - is this a rating given to you by one of the credit reference agencies? Don't forget that all a lender will see is the raw data from your credit file, not a score or what category the credit reference agency has put you in.

Any new potential lender will also take into account a lot of other information not on your credit file, so just having a good rating doesn't mean you'll definitely be accepted.
