redundancy, sickness, home visit

Hi
In September i have been told that I am going to be made redundant(nothing in writing yet), took it very bad, Went sick after few weeks, have been at home for 2 weeks now, went back to gp yesterday and signed off for another 4 weeks. So now is begin. of the third week. Signed off with stress (work related), been asking for my scoring for the criteria for weeks now (don’t think it was fair to let me go),they told me I am not going to be able to see it until early dec to the appeal process!?!?! bit lost !!!!
Last week I had a phone call (from one of the managers) about some jobs vacancies in the company, which I thought is bit funny ... why they are calling me?! I am not interested in those jobs, my priority is to get to know why don’t I have a job in first place!!! Is hard for me to believe that they care for me so much... but they know I am not going to leave this and will go all the way, so wander if this is not happening to just shut me up?!?
Yesterday another phone call they want home visit me(my manager this one why done selection and my team leader), I am signed of with stress (work related due to situation at work), not sure if the realised this visit can escalate my condition?!
Not sure what to expect, not sure if they can go against me?
any tips for all this situation ? Will be very great full

unfortunately, we all have stress in our lives, it's the way of dealing with that stress that is the problem in most cases.

Presumably if you are being made redundant, your job no longer exists, so if there are other jobs going and you dont want to be made redundant, why are you not interested in them

If they find that 6 people can now do the job of four, tis fair enough,

I believe you are entitled to see the scoring thingy,

In all honesty, you havent even been officially informed yet so I presume they wont let you see it until you get official confirmation of your redundancy, someone of those 4 may leave and you wont get made redundant at all.

What is it that you actually want to happen. Why are you not interested in the other jobs.

You need to calm down, do you think you are being a teeny bit paranoid.

Remember it is the job not you that is redundant.

And they have to try and offer you suitable alternative employment so guessing this is what they are trying to do.
