Freeview for my pc

Where is the cheapest place to buy an external freeview adapter for my pc? I want to use my pc as a pvr using media portal(or similar).
Is there anything I should look out for/be aware of?

You can buy a cheap USB Freeview adapter almost everywhere. Just Google the phrase. Points to watch out for:
1. Cheap doesn't mean best (or even working).
2. PCs chuck out a load of interference that makes USB adapters "deaf" to weak signals.
3. Many experts recommend connecting the USB adapter to the PC via a long USB lead which is passed a few times through a "ferrite ring" that you can buy from Maplin. This allegedly reduces interference from the PC.
4. Any aerial supplied with the adapter is likely to be useless unless you are within a (very) few miles of the transmitter.
5. Get a report on Freeview reception where you live. You may require an aerial upgrade:
