    If businesses are turning over more money - it could mean more taxes to the Gov., less unemployment, less Gov. borrowing, more confidence.

    BUT remember the figure could still be revised (downwards?)

    Is it because (and I really don't know if this is the reason or not) that there is a tendency for the rate of profit to decline.
    Therefore the system needs growth to maintain the same level of profits?
