PayPal "Get seller fees refunded" Promo - anyone had a refund yet?

PayPal ran a promo between 15th Sept & 15th Oct - if you didn't withdraw your seller funds during this period AND spent £30 of that money with a merchant - you would get your seller fees refunded up to a max of £10.

I followed this to the letter, but I've still not had my refund. I've contacted PayPal twice since the 24th Oct (when the T&Cs said the money would be refunded by) they say there has been a 'glitch' and to be patient.

Anyone else still waiting?

I got my £10 back a couple of days ago. Unfortunately most of it went on ebay FVFs haha

Yes got mine on 26th but only after chasing them(also been told about the "glitch")

Ooh, I didn't even know about this but may have qualified - do you more details aout the promo?

Can't find the e-mail now but the gist was, spend £30 (mine was all through eBay) on stuff between between 15th Sept & 15th Oct using your PayPal balance and you would get upto £10 eBay seller fees refunded.

Oh and I made withdrawals, but kept some balance in too buy stuff, hope that makes sense?!?

Hmm, checking my acount although I made now withdrawls, I only made one payment over £30, and I got a partial refund for it,so probs doesn't count.
