Trading standards letter templates

I had to contact my local trading standards last week, over a dispute which I have with a local car dealership. The guy from TS said that I would have to go online and complete one of their standard letters to initiate proceedings (under Sale of goods act).
The problem is, I cannot find any templte letters on the site.
Can anyone please help, as I am eager to get this sorted and have the car running smoothly.

The 2nd link is TS for The Wirral, but I guess the template formats will be pretty standard.
